Where are you located?

We are based in Fayetteville, AR and offer delivery and on-site service for events within the Northwest Arkansas area and other areas close by. Travel fees may apply for locations outside this range.

Do you do collaborations or pop-up events?

We love collaborating with local businesses and participating in pop-up events. Reach out to us at info@bellaboardco.com with your idea!

Do you rent out your charcuterie cart for events?

Yes! Our cart is available for private bookings and styled setups. It’s perfect for weddings, showers, and brand activations. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Do you have a physical storefront?

Not at the moment. We operate as a mobile service and offer online ordering, local delivery, and on-site setup for events.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website, Instagram DMs, or by emailing us at info@bellaboardco.com. Please allow at least 7 days' notice for custom orders.

What’s the minimum notice needed to order a board?

We typically require at least 48 hours’ notice for most orders. For larger events or grazing tables, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance.

Can I customize my boards/cups or carts?

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate custom themes, dietary needs, or preferences. Just let us know during the ordering process.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes! As a dairy and gluten free girl myself, I insist on having these options. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options upon request. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.

Do you offer grazing tables or catering for large events?

Yes! We specialize in grazing tables for weddings, corporate events, showers, and private parties. Contact us for a custom quote and availability.

Do you offer set up and breakdown of the cart?

Yes, full-service setup and breakdown are included in our grazing table packages. We handle all the details so you can enjoy your event.

How far in advance should I book a grazing table?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for grazing tables. Peak seasons may require earlier booking.
