Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Due to the nature of event planning and food preparation, the following terms apply:

  • Deposit: Any deposit may be used as a credit toward rescheduling the cancelled event. (must be used within 6 months and this does not apply for events with guest size larger than 40 people)

  • 7+ Days Notice: If cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. (depending on

  • Less Than 7 Days: Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, and the full balance will be due.

Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued

Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change. Rescheduling requests will be considered based on the scale and style of the event:

  • Intimate or Standard Gatherings (under 25 guests, non-formal): May be rescheduled once, with at least 5 days’ notice, and applied to a new date within 60 days of the original booking. Payments already made will be transferred to the new date.

  • Elevated Events (25+ guests, formal celebrations, weddings, or corporate events): Require at least 14 days’ notice for rescheduling. New dates are subject to availability. If the new date cannot be accommodated, the cancellation policy will apply.

  • Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of $50 may be applied to cover administrative costs, depending on event scale and complexity.

  • Weather or Force Majeure: If unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control (such as severe weather or natural disasters) prevent the event from taking place, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date without penalty.
